Rev. Dr. Charles Ferrara: Generosity
Sunday Nov 20, 2016
Sunday Nov 20, 2016
Paul describes the various "fruits" every believer in Christ should exhibit in and through our lives. One of these gifts is "goodness"--and goodness goes beyond just being a good person. It involves the whole person and how generous we should be with the blessings and gifts we are blessed with. On this Stewardship Sunday we explore this notion of goodness and how that goodness can be lived out and be pleasing to God. The scripture is Galatians 5:22-26.

Sunday Oct 30, 2016
Have you ever felt that God was mad at you because of the challenges in your life? It must have been something I did that is causing this pain and suffering in my life. Does that line of thinking line up with God's Word and the experiences biblical figures encountered? This Sunday we try to answer that question in the message: "God Is Not Mad At You" based on 2 Thessalonians Chapter 1 and other texts.

Monday Oct 24, 2016
No one ever said this life would be easy. Certainly, the Apostle Paul knew this—and yet he encourages us to fight the good fight, to finish our race strong and to keep the faith. Is this even possible with all of the challenges we face every day? This Sunday we take a look at why it is not only possible, but why it is a must for those who believe in Christ. The scripture is 2 Timothy 4:6-8, 16-18.
